Not so impressed

Not organized, guide who is difficult to understand, waaay too long, the ad is not truthful! In the booking, it was very unclear what you get. I paid 20E which was a skip the line and audio guide however, upon ..Read All

arrival I was told I had only paid for skip the line and had to pay 20 extra euros for a guide. So I did...big mistake. I arrived at 9:10 for my 9:30 reservation. We only left at 10:15 from the meeting spot. Once at the Colosseum, we waited another 20 minutes to get in. Our guide was quite difficult to understand and we did not get a lot of information, I came out of the tour with very little learnt. Then we waited an extra 30minutes before starting the Forum and Palentine hill...which was going to take 3 hours!!! I did it to the end hoping it would be better and i paid 40E! In the end the whole tour took 5 hours...not counting the 45 minutes of delay at the beginning. ..Read less

another half an hour, before had to walk the half a mile back to the colliseum. We then watied for a tour guide to finish their talk in order for us to tag onto their group so we could get into the Colliseum!! This was definitely not a 'very fast' entrance!!! ..Read less

No way skip the line!!!!

Was a waste of time and unnecessary money paying for the ‘skip the line’ . We were scammed!!!! It was not skip the line at all....we queued in the same line as pre bought ticket customers for over an hour! ..Read All

We were told it was because the security machines weren’t working properly which was clearly a lie as when we eventually reached security there was no issue!!?? The queue next to us was clearly skip the line and when we questioned our escort he avoided a response! We asked to see his group ticket and he reluctantly showed us which was when we realised we had been scammed. ..Read less
