When we went to the wrong location for the start of our tour we were panicked we would miss and not get in.
We found our guide, Audrey, professional, friendly and knowledgable. The audio we were given was excellent. We could hear every word she said. Thank you all for a great and memorable experience.
The tour was very informative and allowed us to skip the lines. Our guide Audrey was excellent. Audio equipment worked very well.
The only thing that Audrey could have done a little better would have been to begin a history of the palace while we all waited in line.
The guide was difficult to understand
